Lioness, the latest single by Swedish House Mafia, is finally set to release after repeated delays. During their last set at Brooklyn Mirage, the trio premiered the final edit of the track and also provided clarity on the release, stating, 'New York, you heard the final version, now we are ready!'
Approximately one and a half months later, we now have the official release date of the track, i.e., June 7th. Fans who felt disappointed with the prolonged delay in the release can finally rejoice. From the videos of their shows circulating on the internet, Lioness feels like a melodic house track with Niki & The Dove’s voice cutting right through the mix. The track also features instruments such as the flute, driving up the emotive aspect.
