Boris Brejcha brought a really energetic set list to this year’s Tomorrowland 2024 Mainstage

Techno master Boris Brejcha brought an energetic set to the Mainstage at Tomorrowland 2024 Weekend 2. He selected several unique-sounding tracks, which made for an incredible experience for both those who attended his performance and those who followed him live.

The German star of high-tech minimal techno, Boris Brejcha, has returned to Tomorrowland again this year. The DJ took to the Mainstage on July 28, 2024 (Sunday), during the daytime hours. This is interesting because, for example, at Tomorrowland 2018 he had a night set, full of his own music. No frills, no sounds that do not necessarily fit, just music and dance – that’s what defines Brejcha’s sets. At the 2023 Tomorrowland edition last year, he performed at the Freedom Stage in the second week, where he also wowed the audience with his unique style. Recently, the German DJ and producer released his album Level One, featuring 17 tracks, back in April.

This year’s set was full of his own tracks, as usual for him. For the opening track, he chose Tale Of Light, which he has used several times as an intro during his performances. The selected tracks include “Up Down Jumper”, a collaboration between Boris and Ginger, released by FCKNG SERIOUS. Ginger, by the way, appears twice on the Level One album, once with Rave City and the second time with Message In A Bottle (fun fact: GINGER is not only a vocal collaborator with the German producer, but also his partner in life). The DJ also brought XOXO, preceded by Fennek, followed by 16 Red Even. But among other things, he brought a release from Ultra Records, co-released with Laura Korinth under the name “Gravity”, in 2020. Gravity was a super choice for the closing track, as the crowd seemed to really like it, which is no wonder, as it’s one of Boris Brejcha’s most listened-to tracks, already over 60 million streams on Spotify.
