Every summer, hundreds of thousands of tourists descend upon the island of Ibiza for a picturesque vacation spot and some of the most infamous clubs on the planet. Clubs such as the iconic Ushuaïa provide a beautiful atmosphere for attendees as well as offer up some of the best DJs in the world night after night. Two years, ago, two of the biggest names in soccer took a break from the beautiful game to attend the popular beach club. In a short video, Inter Miami teammates Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez can be seen seated and talking amongst themselves at the popular Ushuaïa beachfront club.

The two world-class footballers became teammates for a second time in Miami, following their earlier stint together at Barcelona. Although the two are close, they will spend the summer as rivals, both representing their home nations for the Copa America Cup in the United States. Messi will be leading an Argentina squad that is the current reigning World Cup champion, while Suárez is part of a very talented Uruguayan team that will be looking to take home this summer’s championship. It seems the two friends sought out some relaxation before they would become rivals throughout the coming weeks.
