In his social media post, Oliver Heldens expressed his amazement: “4 BILLION streams, that’s crazy to me!🤯 When I started to get very serious about music production & DJing 14 years ago, I didn’t have the ambition to become a ‘superstar’ DJ. I just wanted to do what I love full time / for a living.” His passion for music began 14 years ago when he committed to music production and DJing. Rather than aspiring to be a superstar DJ, his goal was to make a living doing what he loved. By 2014, he had already reached this goal, viewing everything else as a bonus.
