Pendulum joins forces with Joey Valence & Brae for explosive new single ‘Napalm’

Pendulum, the well-known drum and bass band, has teamed up with rising duo Joey Valence & Brae for a fresh new single titled ‘Napalm.’ Known for their unique mix of rock and electronic music, Pendulum has taken a slightly different approach with this track by incorporating the playful, high-energy style of Joey Valence & Brae, who are recognised for blending hip-hop with punk influences.

‘Napalm’ is a high-energy drum and bass track, showcasing Pendulum at their most intense. Produced by Rob Swire in his London studio, the single is crafted to make a big impact on festival crowds. Swire commented on the collaboration, saying, “As soon as I heard their single ‘Punk Tactics,’ I knew we had to work together on a heavy DnB track.”

Joey Valence & Brae, who have been gaining attention with their unique blend of punk and hip-hop, are excited about the partnership. “This is such a legendary collab for us. We’ve both been fans of Pendulum and drum and bass for so long, so it’s incredible to finally work on a track together,” the duo said.

Pendulum has a storied history with three platinum albums, including their debut ‘Hold Your Colour‘, and successful follow-ups ‘In Silico‘ and ‘Immersion.’ With over a million albums sold in the UK and a history of global tours, including major festivals like Glastonbury and Download, the band has solidified its place in the electronic music world.

The band made a notable comeback with their EP ‘Elemental‘ in 2021, followed by ‘Anima‘ in 2023, which featured collaborations with artists such as Matt Tuck and Scarlxrd. Their recent UK headline tour has further demonstrated their strong return to the music scene.
