ADE Lab unveils first major speaker lineup for four-day programme
ADE Lab drops major lineup for four-day event, offering exclusive insights from industry leaders
ADE Lab has announced the first batch of speakers for its action-packed four-day event, scheduled from October 16 to 19, 2024. The programme promises a blend of established and rising stars in the electronic music industry, offering invaluable insights to budding talents and seasoned professionals alike. Headliners include Narciss, Indira Paganotto, Joseph Capriati, DJ MELL G, MARRØN, and Freddy K, among many others.
Targeted at emerging music industry professionals, ADE Lab serves as a platform for learning and networking. One of the standout sessions is “Staying Grounded as a Touring DJ” with DJ MELL G, who will discuss the importance of mental health in the electronic music scene. Freddy K will lead a conversation on the revival of vinyl, sharing his deep passion for the medium and giving attendees insights into running a vinyl-focused label.
Community building will also be a central theme. MARRØN, an Amsterdam local and founder of the Eerste Communie event series, will discuss how his roots have shaped his music career in the panel “Curating Culture.” He joins a lineup of industry heavyweights, following in the footsteps of last year’s speaker, Mama Snake.
Speaking of Mama Snake, she returns to ADE Lab with a special masterclass alongside her agent, Charles Green. As the founder of Amniote Editions and Omni-Artists, she will offer behind-the-scenes insights into the music business, answering questions from attendees interested in the management and creative sides of the industry.
Adding to the exciting lineup, techno producer Indira Paganotto and hitmaker Joseph Capriati will participate in an intimate discussion led by techno icon Dave Clarke. The pair will offer an exclusive look into their creative process behind the collaborative EP “Mantra.”
The ADE Lab programme is shaping up to be a rich experience for anyone looking to break into the music industry, with more announcements and sessions yet to come. Full details are available on the Amsterdam Dance Event’s official website.
ADE remains the world’s largest electronic music festival and conference, drawing thousands of visitors from over 150 countries to its five-day celebration in Amsterdam.
