ADAM Audio unveils new H200 studio headphones

With the rise of home studios and laptop producers, many rely on headphones instead of treated rooms to do their production work. The team at ADAM Audio has now unveiled a new studio headphone that is ideal for producers on the go.

As the modern world of music production continues to evolve away from expensive studio spaces, many up-and-coming and established producers have learned to rely on studio headphones as a part of their workflow. The team at the Berlin-based audio company, ADAM Audio, recognizes this changing landscape for music production and is designing headphones that work for the modern-day producers and their workflow. Revealing their latest studio headphones, the H200, ADAM Audio has crafted a design that features 40mm PEEK diaphragm drivers and patent-pending internal airflow technology delivery. This new reveal builds upon the success of the company’s S series, using it as the ‘benchmark for tonality.’

Outside of the precision audio reproduction, the H200 is also designed with the comfort of the user in mind. Crafted with memory foam earpads for isolation, the earpads and headband pads are easily replaceable in case of wear over time. Furthermore, the H200 comes with the unique ADAM Audio Headphone Utility DAW, built in collaboration with partner Sonnox. The software provides a wide range of optimization tools for the headphones as well as an Externalization feature that helps better translate loudspeaker mixes to headphones.

Set to hit the market in November, the ADAM Audio H200 headphones will be on display at AES New York (Oct 08-10), Music China Shanghai (Oct 10-13), Amsterdam Dance Event (Oct 17-19), and LEaT con Hamburg (Oct 22-24) and will retail at 139,99 £, 149,99 $, 159,99 €.
