Dom Dolla and Tove Lo team up to release ‘Cave’, out now via Three Six Zero Recordings /Ministry of Sound.

After widespread anticipation for its arrival, GRAMMY® Award-nominated Australian artist, producer, DJ, and songwriter Dom Dolla shares his anxiously awaited new single Cave’ with Tove Lo, out this past Friday via Three Six Zero Recordings / Ministry Of Sound. It notably marks Dom’s first official collaboration with the Sweden-born and Los Angeles-based GRAMMY® Award and Golden Globe® Award-nominated multi-platinum alternative pop visionary Tove Lo.

As soon as the track starts, Cave’  showcases Dom’s dynamic production. A soft hum gives way to pulsating keys as the soundscape shimmers beneath Lo’s simultaneously flirty and confessional verses. While the energy practically overflows, it climaxes on a chant-worthy chorus, “I know all your tricks and you lick your lips, because you know I’m gonna cave.

The release of ‘Cave’ follows the news of Dom’s astounding six ARIA nominations received last week including Best Solo Artist and Song of the Year. It lands in the wake of Dom’s most recent single ‘girl$‘.

Speaking on the collaboration, Dolla states, “Tove and I have been mates for a few years now, I think we are both surprised it’s taken us this long to get in the studio together. Late last year we were at a party in LA and made a pact to finally make some magic. ‘Cave’ ended up being the first idea we finished after our first session. Collaboration is easy when you’re working with great people who share a vision.
