Fred again.. rumored to headline Coachella 2025

With 2024 spilling into October, the rumor mill for one of the year’s biggest festivals is beginning to churn. Reports are circulating that Fred Again.. may find himself on the biggest stage in the California desert next April.

It is impossible to ignore the meteoric rise of Fred Again.. in the years since the global pandemic. The UK musician has exploded in popularity as he releases his own works as well as sharing the stage with fellow production legends Skrillex and Four Tet. The DJ trio commanded headlines throughout early 2023 as Skrillex released two new albums and was joined by Fred Again.. and Four Tet for a massive New York City takeover that culminated in a 5-hour set at Madison Square Garden. The impact of the trio led to a surprise closing performance at Coachella that year, filling in on weekend two for the spot that was vacated after Frank Ocean dropped out of the event. Since then, Fred Again.. has released two more albums and showed his reach as a solo artist when he headlined Los Angeles’s Memorial Coliseum over the summer.

Now rumors are circulating that he will once again head to the California desert but this time as a solo headliner. The news was first shared by HITS Daily Double earlier and now the internet is buzzing with the possibility of Fred Again.. closing out one night of Coachella. As of this writing, there has been no confirmation or announcements regarding the 2025 line-up, but considering his ability to sell out an arena in America, his name is surely amongst those being considered for the prestigious spot.
