The legacy and inspiration provided by Tale of Us and the entire Afterlife brand have permeated the electronic music industry. Incredible visuals mixed with powerful progressive house productions are staples of festivals these days. The individual members of Tales of Us are capitalizing on this environment to expand their solo endeavors. As Anyma continues to grow in influence and stature, MRAK is not looking to be left behind as he spends more time on his solo releases. Following his EP from earlier this year, The Pledge, he has now shared two more new singles with his fans via his newest collection, The Turn.

After years of success under the Tale of Us moniker, its members MRAK and Anyma are beginning to spend more time focusing on their solo endeavors. MRAK has returned with two new singles on his latest EP, The Turn.

Comprised of two tracks, Reserva and Dune, the release showcases his ability to craft emotionally driven tracks and melodies outside of the Tale of Us brand. For the EPs first track, MRAK joins forces with 19:26 for a thrilling instrumental piece. Reserva ebbs and flows, pulsing with bass and subtle use of female voices to create an exciting musical journey. On the album’s second track, Dune, Aimée Sophia shines vocally as MRAK clears out the production to allow her to sing over a bed of synths. Her haunting delivery perfectly amplifies the release, adding another layer of emotion to the already powerful music.
