Sebastian Ingrosso reveals release date for new solo single
Sebastian Ingrosso has several renowned solo singles, but much of his recent output has come in group settings. The Swedish producer has finally revealed an official return to his solo productions.
Recently, fans tuning in to Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 show were treated with a pleasant surprise, a brand new solo track from Sebastian Ingrosso. Despite his massive back catalog of iconic singles such as Reload, Calling (Lose My Mind), and Leave The World Behind, the Swedish artist has spent recent years focused on his work with his Swedish House Mafia partners, both as a trio as well as individually with Axwell and Steve Angello. As fans will always clamor for the three producers to work together, they are equally as powerful on their own and now Sebastian Ingrosso has decided it’s time to revisit his roots and explore his creative instincts.

Following the surprise debut on Pete Tong’s radio show, Ingrosso promptly followed up on his decision to dive into his solo work and revealed that the first new single will arrive this Friday, October 18th. Titled Floods, the groovy, house track is stylistically different from his recent output, but an exciting journey for fans who have followed his long career. As he stated on social media recently, “It’s been a very long time since I worked on something of my own that represents who I have become since then. I am on a journey of traveling inwards and this is one of the many stories I hope to tell.” With Floods, fans will get to officially begin that journey alongside Sebastian Ingrosso.
