Zomboy releases ‘Dead Man Walking Pt. 2,’ showcasing new depth and vision
Following the success of Dead Man Walking Pt. 1 in 2022, Zomboy has dropped the much-anticipated second installment of his signature series. With this release on his label, Rott N’ Roll Records, Zomboy delivers five bass-heavy tracks that showcase his evolution as both a producer and innovator.
The EP opens with “Fallout,” building tension with stabbing synths and electrifying layers that set a fierce tone. Next, “D.E.A.D.,” featuring EDDIE, mixes video-game-inspired breakdowns with aggressive bass and eerie female vocals, creating a cinematic intensity. “Project Z” follows with gritty synth drops and a futuristic edge, while “Delete Me” channels punk angst through distorted vocals and bass. The EP concludes with “Inhumation,” a haunting, symphonic piece that subtly nods to the emo and punk eras, leaving listeners in reflection.
“After a journey marked by setbacks and personal growth, Dead Man Walking Pt. 2 is finally here,” shared Zomboy. “This chapter has been a labor of love, allowing my vision to evolve. “I’m thrilled to share it with fans and hope they connect with the story as deeply as I do.”
Originally from a small English village, Zomboy went from rock drummer to electronic music powerhouse. He studied at the ACM in London, and his talent caught the attention of SKisM from Never Say Die Records. Today, with 750M streams, major placements, and his own label, Zomboy continues to shape dubstep, blending cinematic intensity with bass-heavy innovation.
