Travis Scott announces historic return to Coachella, debuts new era of music
Travis Scott will return to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2025, headlining the main stage on Saturday night during both weekends. The global superstar will debut an entirely new era of music, marking a major moment for his fans and the festival.
Scott, who set a new record with his Circus Maximus Tour, selling more tickets globally than any rap tour in history, will also bring a groundbreaking experience to the desert. Over weekends 1 and 2, he will curate the Cactus Jack Desert Takeover. This three-day event will immerse fans in a unique, experiential world, with more details to be revealed in the coming months.
Recently, Scott unveiled his most ambitious project yet: CactusCon, a visionary cultural activation at ComplexCon. The event, therefore, showcased over 35 exclusive collaborations with top designers, brands, and creatives, redefining how music, fashion, art, and technology intersect. Additionally, the CactusCon “bazaar” featured colossal art installations, hands-on workshops, and an exclusive Cactus Jack store, which sold rare archival pieces and limited-edition merchandise.
In the vicinity, Scott’s Cactus Colosseum, presented by Nike, celebrated his new Nike Zoom Field Jaxx sneakers. This immersive experience, in turn, brought together soccer culture, sneaker culture, and community through interactive exhibits and a street soccer pitch with scrimmages and skills challenges.
Travis Scott continues to push artistic and experiential boundaries, cementing his legacy as an influential force in both music and culture. Coachella will return to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA, on April 11-13 and April 18-20, 2025. For updates and more information about the festival, visit coachella.com.
