On January 25, 2025, fabric London will host a special day event, For Frankie, honoring the legendary DJ and producer Frankie Knuckles on what would have been his 70th birthday. Organized in collaboration with The Frankie Knuckles Foundation (FKF), this celebration marks a decade since his passing and highlights his enduring influence on house music worldwide.

Running from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., the event features a stellar lineup of DJs who shared deep connections with Frankie, including Eric Kupper, Tedd Patterson, CJ Mackintosh, Marcia Carr, and Paris Cesvette. This all-building event promises to be an unforgettable tribute, with proceeds benefiting the FKF’s initiatives supporting music education, LGBTQ homelessness, AIDS research, and diabetes awareness.

Frederick Dunson, CEO of the Frankie Knuckles Foundation, expressed excitement about the milestone celebration, stating, “Honoring Frankie on his 70th heavenly birthday is a testament to his legacy and the love he continues to inspire. The overwhelming admiration for him never ceases to amaze us.”

With DJs traveling from NYC, Chicago, and Italy to participate, For Frankie will bring together the international house music community. Furthermore, as one of the UK’s most iconic venues, fabric provides the perfect setting for this heartfelt tribute.

Advance tickets are available now, offering fans a chance to celebrate Frankie’s legacy in an inclusive and uplifting atmosphere. This event also kicks off a year of global For Frankie tributes planned throughout 2025.
