Anyma brings ‘The End of Genesys’ residency to Sphere Las Vegas for final dates
After an eight-night sold-out run, Afterlife is set to bring Anyma’s groundbreaking residency, ‘The End of Genesys,’ back to Sphere in Las Vegas for a final series of performances on February 27, 28, and March 1 and 2, 2025. Live Nation will present the show, with tickets going on sale January 30 at 9 AM PT via anyma.com/sphere. Additionally, a portion of each ticket—$5—will support the SoCal Fire Fund and the California Fire Foundation, which aid fire relief and rebuilding efforts.
Anyma x Sphere Las Vegas: A Visionary Experience
Anyma, the artistic project led by Matteo Milleri, blends music, visual arts, and technology to create immersive experiences. Meanwhile, Afterlife, known for pushing creative boundaries, has elevated this residency with stunning audio-visual elements. ‘The End of Genesys’ features music from Anyma’s acclaimed albums ‘Genesys’ and ‘Genesys II,’ alongside new material and futuristic visuals crafted by visual co-creative director Alessio De Vecchi, stage designer Alexander Wessely, and animation studio Woodblock.
The residency’s first leg, which ran from December 27-31, 2024, and January 1, 10, and 11, 2025, featured surprise guest appearances from FKA Twigs, Ellie Goulding, Delilah Montagu, Sevdaliza, Grimes, and Luke Steele of Empire of the Sun. Additionally, top-tier electronic artists, including Adriatique, Amelie Lens, CamelPhat, Charlotte de Witte, Dixon, Mike Dean, Rampa, and Tiësto, joined the performances.
Critics have praised ‘The End of Genesys’ at Sphere. Variety highlighted Matteo Milleri’s ability to merge music, concept, and cinema, calling the show a “multisensory experience.” Billboard described it as a poetic blend of human ingenuity and cutting-edge technology, while Rolling Stone emphasized Anyma’s use of volumetric capture to create an unparalleled three-dimensional sound experience.
