Malaa announces two new albums, one by Malaa’s Alter Ego

Malaa has taken to Instagram to announce the much anticipated release of not one but two new albums, ‘All In’ and ‘Blackout’, confirmed to drop late-January.

“The wait is over!” reads the caption of the French DJ/producer’s announcement post. “I’m going All In and my alter ego has been cooking something different for the Blackout“, the caption adds. The dual-album drop will also come the same day as his tour begins, kicking off in Brooklyn, New York at the famous Avant Gardner.

‘All In‘ and ‘Blackout‘ will be the third studio album from the enigmatic artist, his debut being ‘Don Malaa‘. To add to further anticipation for the release, Malaa also announces the tracklist for both albums, listing eight new tracks from each. “All In”, the first track from the respective album will feature Rap mogul Jeremih and “Blackout” features more high-energy collaborations from Irah, Odymel and Kalibwoy, a Dutch dancehall artist.

Malaa has proven he’s a force to be reckoned with throughout his career creating illustrious tracks that break through genre barriers that stretch beyond any corner of electronic dance music. Pushing his notoriously mysterious identity and stage prescence even further, we’re super excited to see what Malaa’s seemingly dark alter ego has in stores for us.

Just last year, Malaa teased the existence of an alter ego and hinted that there were stage productions in the works to support the existence of this alter ego and now we’re lucky to finally experience it.

The albums are set to release on January 17th, 2025 and will be available on all streaming platforms.
