Empire of the Sun returns to London for first performance in 6 years
Empire of the Sun will return to London for their first performance in six years, headlining Labyrinth on the Thames on 2nd August 2025. Set in the iconic Old Royal Naval College, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this show promises to be an unforgettable experience. Fans can expect to witness the band’s signature anthemic sound and breathtaking visuals, making it a must-see event in one of the city’s most stunning locations.
Moreover, the performance will feature a dynamic setlist, including tracks from their latest album Ask That God, along with timeless hits like “Walking on a Dream,” “We Are the People,” “Alive,” and “High and Low.” Empire of the Sun will also curate the event lineup, transforming the venue into an immersive audiovisual journey that will captivate the audience.
Additionally, the Old Royal Naval College currently hosts an extraordinary installation, Helios, a seven-metre celestial sculpture by the acclaimed British artist Luke Jerram. On display in the majestic Painted Hall, this awe-inspiring artwork will enhance the evening’s atmosphere, adding an extra layer of wonder to the performance. This comes following Empire of the Sun‘s incredible appearance at Anyma’s ‘The End of Genesys’ residency at Sphere Las Vegas.
