Swedish House Mafia appear to tease the launch of new label
With a long and storied career, the Swedish House Mafia has certainly accomplished nearly everything that the group would hope to achieve. Now they appear set to begin a new era with the launch of a record and lifestyle brand.
When the Swedish House Mafia first returned to the stage following their hiatus in 2018, things seemed to move slowly within the camp. It wasn’t until 2021 that the momentum fully built up for the group to deliver new music and their debut album, and embark on a world tour. Since then, the group and its members have stayed busy, performing together and separately on stages worldwide. Now they are beginning a new chapter with the launch of SUPERHUMAN, a record label and lifestyle brand that will seemingly house the work of the group, as well as Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello.
The reveal was made on social media, with the phrase SUPERHUMAN spelled out against a white background and the line “OUR NEW HOME” with a link to a website below. Upon heading over to www.superhuman.music, fans are delivered to several pages, starting with a timeline that focuses on Ingrosso’s recent single Flood, the corresponding music video, and the tease of an upcoming project with few details attached. Beyond that, the site details live events for all of the Swedish House Mafia members, and a store will open in the future.
