Armin van Buuren to open Ushuaïa Ibiza residency with 6-hour set

To open his 2025 residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza, Armin van Buuren will deliver something fans have long awaited: a 6-hour open-to-close set on Sunday, June 8. From 5 PM until 11 PM, the globally acclaimed DJ will guide the crowd through a carefully curated evening, blending classic tracks with fresh material and unreleased surprises.

Unlike his signature festival sets, this extended solo performance promises a deeper dive into his sound—crafted specifically for one of the island’s most iconic venues. “I don’t do open-to-close sets often,” Armin van Buuren shared. “But Ushuaïa and Ibiza are close to my heart, and this moment called for it.”

The residency continues over nine dates, running Sundays from June 8 to July 6, and resuming from September 7 through September 28. Each show will feature a handpicked lineup of guests, spanning rising stars to veteran collaborators. This year’s roster includes Cosmic Gate, D.O.D, Lilly Palmer, Marlon Hoffstadt, Massano, Oliver Heldens, Vini Vici, and others—bridging trance, progressive, and mainstage influences.
