Axwell teases new release for next week

Although things have been relatively quiet in the Swedish House Mafia camp, its members have been very busy in recent months. Axwell is now the latest member to tease an upcoming solo project.

Whether working together or individually, the Swedish House Mafia’s talent and influence cannot be ignored. While the trio has had limited contact with the public, its members have been exceptionally busy, hitting stages worldwide and making business deals behind the scenes. Recent months have provided several releases from Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello, while Axwell has been busy performing, including his debut solo appearance at Ultra Music Festival in Miami this year.

The members of the Swedish House Mafia are notorious for their attention to detail and meticulous efforts in the studio, but it seems as though Axwell is now ready to share his latest solo offering. In a new post to Instagram, the producer writes, “Been working on something special that will be with you all next week ❤️.” The post is accompanied by three photos, one in the studio, one outside, and one on stage, and is overlaid with a snippet of new music. As of now, there are no further details regarding the name of the track or any collaborators, but fortunately, all the answers should be revealed next week.
