Mochakk pauses set to help fan with medical issue

With large crowds gathered at festivals and events, there is always the possibility of a medical emergency at any time. Recently, Mochakk acted swiftly to help a fan in trouble during a recent festival set.

When DJs step on stage, they often have dominion over crowds of hundreds, if not thousands, of fans all at once. While this is normally an incredible experience for all, now and then, an emergency occurs in the audience, and the artist is given the opportunity to dictate the safety of the fans. During a recent Mochakk show, a fan passed out, and the DJ acted quickly to get some help to a fan in need. When a fan passed out, he acted quickly, ensuring medical attention was provided.

In the clip, Mochakk paused his set after the crowd was waving for help when an audience member passed out. With no one helping, he paused his set and had his video guy head into the crowd to check on the passed-out fan. Shortly afterwards, medical attendants got to the fan and were able to provide help. Discussing the moment, Mochakk wrote, “There was someone passed out on the dance floor, people were waving to show and ask for help, no one was doing anything to get the guy off of the crowd and take him to the medical center, I’m not gonna keep playing knowing someone is potentially hurt in the middle of a packed crowd, people can die in these scenarios like the girl on taylor swifts show in brazil, the travis scott incident… of course I need to stop the music for a minute, everyone just kept looking so I told my Videomaker to go there and do something to help the person out, after that, they could sucessfully get the guy out and in the hands of the paramedics, and then I resumed playing and everything was fine :)”
