Slushii delivers incredible new EP ‘Operation: Overload’: Listen

After gaining international acclaim thanks to early support from Skrillex and Marshmello, Slushii has built a legacy all his own in the preceding years. Continuing to explore his incredible dubstep and progressive house anthems, he returns with a powerful new 8-track EP.

Fans of Slushii know that the New Jersey producer often wears his emotions on his sleeve, perfectly crafting infectious singles while honestly communicating many of the highs and lows of the music industry and his own life with his large fanbase. While it was his bouncy dubstep productions, perfectly released as his then collaborator and friend Marshmello was gaining notoriety, he pushed forward, forging his path while staying true to his sound and roots.

With the release of his newest EP, Operation: Overload, he once again captures the joyous yet hard-hitting passion that defines so much of his work. The opening notes of It’s Not Over (Til It’s Over) get the collection started on a high, featuring his familiar vocal chops and phrasing as the energy builds to a massive dubstep drop. The rest of the collection just as seamlessly walks the line between quiet and chaos, introducing musical themes and vocals within each track that demand attention and will play well on stages worldwide.
