AlphaTheta/Pioneer DJ has released a new white version of its popular DDJ-FLX4 controller. While the tech stays the same, the new color gives DJs an option that stands out from the usual gear. The white finish is clean and minimal, making it a good match for anyone who wants a different look without losing pro-level features.

The DDJ-FLX4-W is still a compact and lightweight 2-channel controller, weighing just over 2 kg. It’s designed for beginner DJs, but it includes features seen in Alpha Theta’s higher-end gear. The layout is simple and clear, with large jog wheels, 8 performance pads per deck, and effects that are easy to trigger.

Just like the black version, the white DDJ-FLX4 supports rekordbox (Mac/Windows), Serato DJ Lite, and djay for mobile users. It connects via USB-C and even has Bluetooth. This makes it especially beginner-friendly, since you don’t need a complex setup to get started.

The controller also comes with tools like Smart Fader and Smart CFX. These are designed to help users focus more on creativity.

For audio, the built-in sound card handles up to 24-bit/48kHz resolution. You get a mic input, RCA master output, and a headphone jack.
