Sónar 2025 set to deliver diverse collection of entertainment
Returning to Barcelona in 2025, the Sónar Festival represents a celebration of the entire entertainment industry. From June 12th to 14th, fans will have the opportunity to experience hundreds of events, discussions, activities, and more.
Now celebrating its 32nd year, the Sónar Festival goes above and beyond to cultivate an event that brings together a wide range of artists, creators, performers, and fans, celebrating the vibrant community across various disciplines. Delivering content and panel discussions from some of the worlds foremost creators and enthusiasts, this years event will feature three cematic axes: AI + Creativity, Futuring the Creative Industries, and Worlds to Come. With literally hundreds of exhibitions and panels occuring over the three days, attendees will have plenty to choose from when looking to learn more about budding technologies.
Beyond the engagement and learning opportunites, Sónar also offers wide list of day and nighttime entertainment from local and rising stars as well as global producers and artists. This years collection of artists is highlighted by appearances from Eric Prydz, Peggy Gou, and BICEP, who will all showcase how they have utilized technology to enhance their own live sets and visuals. Perhaps the most anticipated performances will come from this years unique b2b sets. New York DJ Dee Diggs will join forces with house music icon Ultra Naté, Indira Paganotto will join forces with Armin van Buuren, and Skrillex will make his return to the event alongside Blawan.
This massive annual event will bring together individuals from a wide variety of curriculums and interests, allowing science, technology, art, and creativity to coalesce all at once amidst the backdrop of the Spanish city. With literally hundreds of activites and events scheduled throughout, attendees will have plenty to take in, whether they are learning about quantum computing in art, the future of AI, or simply taking in the incredible performances that will span throughout.
