Through its massive festivals and co-branded offerings, Tomorrowland has emerged as the premier festival and source for the best in electronic music. While its annual event in Belgium is still the pinnacle of its offerings, the brand has never shied away from delivering festivals on other continents and countries. With its Winter and Brazil events firmly in place, the team behind the scenes is hoping to make serious headway into the Asian market. Talks of bringing Tomorrowland to Thailand have been ongoing, and the reality of the event happening appears to be one step closer.

Often revered as the best electronic music festival on the planet, Tomorrowland has spent recent years expanding its locations and offerings. Now it appears as though plans to expand the festival into Thailand are moving forward.

Any major music festival requires a large amount of planning and coordination in the region where it is looking to operate. Despite Tomorrowland’s massive success, delivering a show in Thailand certainly requires a new plan of action and hoops to jump through. The hype and excitement for a new festival in the region are certainly high, but to this point, no official word has been delivered by Tomorrowland or officials in Thailand. Despite this, it appears that a location has been chosen to host the event in the Chonburi province. The information was leaked by local media outlets and appears to be well-suited to host the festival.
