A one-of-a-kind collectible reemerged and now commands attention. Cédric Hervet, the creative mind behind much of Daft Punk visual identity, created a skateboard that carries a staggering $15,000 price tag. Hervet produced only 25 of these boards, and this deck holds the number 11 spot in the series.

Hervet introduced the series in 2017, presenting each board in a custom wooden box that reflected the duo’s sleek design ethos. The seller keeps this rare board “still sealed to the box, never been touched” and includes a custom crate and newspaper to underscore its exclusivity.

EDM.com highlights how Hervet’s deep ties to Daft Punk turn this item into more than merchandise. It stands as a tangible piece of their creative era, blending fashion, art, and music history into one collectible.

In other Daft Punk news, former Kraftwerk percussionist Wolfgang Flür disclosed that someone impersonating Thomas Bangalter lured him into collaborating on the Times album, which he released in March. The Daft Punk camp continues to maintain its silence since retiring in 2021, yet rumors swirl about an unreleased 2018 album hidden in their vault. Also, Tiësto recently unveiled brand new remix of Daft Punk’s ‘Instant Crush‘ during his PRISMATIC show.
