When asked for tips for upcoming artists, Garrix encouraged persistence and visibility. “Go for it!!! put yourself out there, everywhere you can!!” he wrote, noting how times have shifted since he began his career. He recalled being 13 or 14, carrying USBs to events like Dancefair and sharing his music with DJs. Today, he explained, platforms such as TikTok and Instagram provide the fastest route to exposure. “If Jex never posted it, it would’ve never reached me,” he added, pointing to his track ‘Told You So’ as proof of social media’s power.

Garrix also discussed the enduring popularity of his anthem ‘High On Life.’ He revealed that fans often request the song for weddings, inspiring him to create a special version tailored for those moments. “We’ve been talking with the team to find the right moment to release it,” he said, suggesting it could surface on a special anniversary or even during the 10-year celebration of his label STMPD RCRDS.

By engaging directly with fans, Martin Garrix not only built anticipation for his Gunnersbury Park set but also reinforced his reputation as an artist who stays closely connected to his community.
