This year, The Beatles Anthology documentary returns as a nine-part series, streaming on Disney+ beginning November 26. Alongside the restored original episodes, the newly added Episode Nine features unseen behind-the-scenes footage from 1994 and 1995, when Paul, George, and Ringo reunited to work on the project and reflect on their shared history.
On the musical side, the Anthology collections arrive November 21, restored and expanded to four volumes across 12LP vinyl, 8CD, and digital formats. Originally curated by George Martin, the material now comes remastered by Giles Martin, who also introduces Anthology 4. This new volume includes 13 previously unreleased demos and sessions, plus updated mixes of the singles ‘Free As A Bird’ and ‘Real Love’ by Jeff Lynne. The restored video for ‘Free As A Bird’ also debuts alongside the release.
Finally, October 14 brings the 25th anniversary edition of The Beatles Anthology book. The 368-page volume collects candid memories from the band and their closest collaborators, enriched with more than 1,300 photos, documents, and illustrations from their archives.
Together, the releases underline the enduring legacy of The Beatles, proving their story still shapes culture decades after their final recordings. The Beatles Anthology book is available for pre-order here.
