Tomorrowland’s CORE heads to Medellín, Los Angeles, and Melbourne

Tomorrowland’s beloved CORE stage is officially going on a global tour in 2026, launching standalone festivals across three continents — South America, North America, and Australia.

Tomorrowland made headlines this year, with some being more unexpected than others. Rumors of new festival locations began swirling after attendees spotted a map featuring Tomorrowland Belgium, Tomorrowland Brasil, Tomorrowland Winter, Medellín (for CORE), and two new cities: Los Angeles and Melbourne. Now, festival organizers have officially confirmed the news, marking a major step in CORE’s evolution as it prepares to reach new audiences across three continents in 2026. The upcoming tour marks the first time CORE will host three full-scale festivals across three continents within a single year. Each event promises a unique blend of cutting-edge house and techno performances, artful storytelling, and the signature sensory production Tomorrowland is known for.

CORE Medellín will return to Parque Norte on February 22–23, 2026, building on the momentum of its 2023 and 2024 editions. Organized in collaboration with Breakfast Live, the Colombian event promoter behind La Solar Festival and Ritvales, this will be CORE’s third showing in the city and a celebration of its growing Latin American fanbase. Line-up and ticket details are set to be revealed in September/October.

Next up is CORE Los Angeles, taking place May 2–3, 2026, in partnership with Insomniac. Marking the festival’s US debut, the two-day daytime event promises a fresh sensory journey for West Coast fans, with full details, including venue, lineup, and ticket info, set to drop in early 2026. This will be the second major collaboration between Tomorrowland and Insomniac in the US, following their upcoming UNITY shows at the Las Vegas Sphere, scheduled to take place from August through October 2025.

Finally, CORE Melbourne will close out the year with a single-day edition on November 28, 2026. It will be CORE’s first-ever Australian event and is being brought to life with support from Australian companies Framed and Pitch Control. The Melbourne stop represents an important milestone for both the brand and Australia’s festival landscape, with event details expected to be announced in early 2026.

CORE first debuted as a stage within Tomorrowland Belgium in 2017, captivating attendees with its towering sculptural “face” structure set deep in the forest. Since then, it has evolved into a standalone concept dedicated to showcasing the sounds of alternative house and techno. The CORE stage has also made appearances at Tomorrowland Winter and will travel to Tomorrowland Brasil this October, continuing its global journey ahead of the 2026 tour. Tomorrowland’s CORE festival tour promises a groundbreaking fusion of music, nature, and immersive art across borders, with fans around the world invited to experience the stage like never before. Pre-registration is now open via core.world for those ready to join the journey.
