Alok sets new Latin American record with over 1,000 drones at Tomorrowland Brasil

Brazilian superstar DJ and producer Alok is preparing to make history at Tomorrowland Brasil, announcing a performance that will feature more than 1,000 synchronized drones soaring above the festival’s iconic Mainstage. A teaser video shared today (September 24) via Tomorrowland’s official social channels in collaboration with the artist offered a first glimpse into what promises to be one of the most ambitious shows in the festival’s history.

Alok’s bond with Tomorrowland runs deep, as he has consistently fused cutting-edge technology with emotional storytelling. Last year, he stunned fans at Parque Maeda with a 600-drone aerial display that merged with fireworks, lasers, and lighting. That spectacle set the tone for what is now an even greater undertaking: breaking the Latin American record for drone usage in a live music performance. On October 12, his show will elevate the Tomorrowland Brasil experience to unprecedented heights, thanks to a close collaboration between Alok’s creative team and the festival’s production crew.

“Tomorrowland is more than fireworks, stages, and shows,” Alok reflected during his last appearance at Tomorrowland Belgium. “It’s the vibe and the energy we carry with us no matter where we are. It’s rejecting the idea of the impossible.”

Alok’s role as Tomorrowland’s official Brazilian ambassador has become more than symbolic – it represents cultural pride and global impact.
