Antares unveil new AutoTune 2026
Antares has introduced AutoTune 2026, the newest version of its vocal correction software. Alongside the release, the company has restructured its lineup, retiring AutoTune Artist and AutoTune Access. Users can now choose between AutoTune 2026, and Auto-Tune Pro 11. Both versions have the same processing algorithm.
AutoTune 2026 has been redesigned with a new interface and improved performance. According to Antares, it delivers up to 35% better CPU efficiency at 48kHz. Two modes are included: Low Latency mode for tracking and live use, and High Quality mode for situations where maximum fidelity is needed, even at the cost of higher latency.
The software comes with a Modern Mode. Controls like Flex Tune and Humanize allow users to fine-tune pitch correction. A new visual feedback display shows vibrato and pitch variation levels in real time. For those looking for the older, more mechanical tuning style made famous in the early 2000s, Classic Mode recreates the tonal character of AutoTune 5.
AutoTune 2026 includes a range of presets designed by well-known producers and engineers such as Zedd, DJ Swivel, T rooko, Major Seven, and Jean-Marie Horvat. The plug-in is compatible with Windows 10 and later, as well as macOS 13 and above. It is available in VST3, AU, and AAX formats. AutoTune 2026 is priced at $300, included in Auto-Tune Unlimited subscriptions, and comes with a 14-day free trial.
