Rave The Planet Parade 2026 rescheduled to August
The organizers of Rave The Planet Parade have confirmed a new date for the 2026 edition of the iconic Berlin event. The parade will now take place on Saturday, August 15, 2026, starting at Straße des 17. Juni at 2 PM and running until 10 PM.
The shift comes after organizers received feedback from the electronic music community regarding scheduling conflicts with two major events – Nature One Festival and Hamburg’s Christopher Street Day – both previously set for the same weekend. Following discussions with local authorities and partners, Rave The Planet gGmbH (RTP) opted to move the parade by two weeks to ensure maximum participation.
“We received a lot of feedback from the community and took it seriously,” said Timm Zeiss, Managing Director of RTP. “The Rave The Planet Parade is a collective project built on participation and passion. It was important to us that everyone who wants to be there can actually make it.”
This decision underscores RTP’s commitment to inclusivity and transparency—values that have guided the organization since its founding. The move demonstrates how collaboration between authorities, organizers, and the rave community continues to shape Berlin’s electronic music culture in meaningful ways.
Meanwhile, float applications open on November 1, 2025, inviting creative crews to submit their concepts for next year’s parade. On the same day, RTP will also reveal the official 2026 parade motto. Full details, including the application guide, technical requirements, and RTP’s Code of Conduct, will be available via office.ravetheplanet.com.
