Yellow Claw celebrate 10 years of ‘Blood For Mercy’ with remastered edition on Mad Decent: Listen

A decade after redefining trap music, Yellow Claw are celebrating the 10-year anniversary of their debut album ‘Blood For Mercy’ with a fully remastered edition, out October 17 via Diplo’s label Mad Decent. Originally released in 2015, the project captured the raw, experimental energy of a genre on the rise, shaping the global bass movement for years to come.

The album featured a series of timeless collaborations, including ‘In My Room’ featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Tyga, ‘Catch Me’ with Flux Pavilion, ‘Lifetime’ with Tiësto and Kyler England, and ‘Nightmare’ featuring Pusha T and Barrington Levy. Emerging during the first wave of trap, ‘Blood For Mercy’ stood out for its unapologetic intensity and fearless experimentation.

“Many of the songs on ‘Blood For Mercy’ are a testament to the time we came up, when the trap genre was first making waves,” shared Yellow Claw. “Labels told us to make big-room house because it was easier to get big—but we followed our hearts instead. It was risky and new, but it felt right.”

Now, as trap music enjoys a resurgence led by a new generation of producers, Yellow Claw’s remastered edition arrives at the perfect moment. The duo recently completed six massive back-to-back shows with Flosstradamus and are gearing up for a North American trap tour in March 2026, continuing their mission to honor the genre’s roots while pushing it forward.
