Charlotte de Witte, the Belgian techno icon unveils her most personal and powerful work yet, cementing her place at the forefront of the genre.

Charlotte de Witte has officially released her highly anticipated debut album, Charlotte de Witte, out now via her own KNTXT label. Following months of speculation and a series of festival-tested singles, the 11-track LP arrives as she celebrates being crowned the world’s #1 Techno DJ for the sixth consecutive year. Moreover, the release coincides with her sold-out Los Angeles takeover, featuring five performances, including an intimate conversation at the GRAMMY Museum—a fitting backdrop for one of techno’s defining artists.

As her first full-length body of work, the album represents a pivotal artistic milestone in de Witte’s evolving career. Over nearly 15 years, she has continuously shaped the sound of modern techno through relentless touring, 25 standout EPs, and countless global performances. Now, she channels that experience into an album that both honors her roots and redefines her creative boundaries. “I’ve always been a clubber at heart,” she explains. “This isn’t just a collection of tracks—it’s a reflection of who I am and what continues to drive me: the dancefloor.”

Moreover, the record’s singles—The Realm, No Division (feat. XSALT), and The Heads That Know (feat. Comma Dee) – have already dominated festivals and earned acclaim from Vogue, Resident Advisor, DJ Mag, and Rolling Stone. Each track captures a different facet of her sound, from acid-laced intensity to organ-driven power and lyrical edge.

To celebrate the release, de Witte continues her global dominance with city takeovers in New York, London, and Los Angeles, followed by two massive Flanders Expo shows in February 2026. As she enters her 15th year as an artist, Charlotte de Witte stands as both a declaration of identity and a love letter to the club culture that defined her.
