Delivering a remix for the ages, SHAB’s hit single ‘Skin & Bones’ gets an electrifying rework from Damon Sharpe, who adds his own unique touch.

Produced in the aftermath of a harrowing moment for SHAB, ‘Skin & Bones’ reflects on how fragile life can be, but at the same time, there is that power from within that arises, and allows for new opportunities to be grasped in an instant. A truly emotive, and yet dynamic track, Sharpe has done it justice through this latest rendition, and as SHAB prepares to close the year with the release of her homonymous EP on November 21 and an official music video clip premiering on December 5, this is one remix that further enhances the presence of both acts on a global scale. Inspirational to say the very least, Sharpe has stated the following on this mesmerising project;

“’Skin & Bones’ is a very personal production and song for me. I was there when everything that inspired it unfolded, so helping bring SHAB & Rob’s story to life musically was an emotional journey. SHAB & Rob are like family to me and it was an honour to write this song alongside SHAB. Capturing the raw emotion and sentiment in the production was a beautiful challenge, one that reminded me why I love what I do.”

Scintillating from start to finish, ‘Skin & Bones (Damon Sharpe Remix)’ is the epitome of a track that will have anyone grooving in no time at all. A true testament towards resilience and overcoming hard times, we will be keeping a close eye on both acts and their future endeavours within our community, but for the time being, be sure to check out this infectious remix in all it’s glory below, with streaming also available via all major platforms HERE.
