The Saints are shaping their own version of hard dance in the music industry
Hard dance duo The Saints, formed by Jules van de Sant and Rick de Deken, continue to gain ground without rushing the process. Guided by their Holy Madness concept, the project brings together two distinct creative approaches, resulting in a sound and live presence that feels raw, focused, and grounded in the culture.
Hard dance duo The Saints, made up of Jules van de Sant and Rick de Deken, are steadily carving their path in the scene. Their Holy Madness concept blends two distinct creative identities into a sound and live presence that feels both immediate and deliberate.
This past year has seen the duo expand their footprint across Europe. Defqon.1 Gathering marked a turning point, introducing them to a larger hard dance audience. They followed up with the debut of their live show at Rebirth, showcasing a more defined stage identity and musical direction. Performances at Intents Mainstage and Supremacy further solidified their presence on major festival stages.
Beyond festivals, The Saints have strengthened their reputation in clubs. Sold-out headline shows in Germany and a standout performance at Fabrik Madrid highlight their ability to command energy in smaller, intimate settings as effectively as on large stages. Tracks like “OG Raver” have become essential in their sets, while their official remix for Sub Zero Project added another milestone to their growing catalogue.
Looking ahead, The Saints are preparing for the next chapter. A new live show is in development, focusing on expanding the visual and emotional depth of their performances. Several collaborations are set for release in 2025, including a follow-up with The Purge titled Maria / I Like It Loud. Their recently introduced outro, “Legacy,” has already become a highlight of their current sets.
With unreleased material surfacing and a busy summer tour approaching, The Saints are entering a defining moment. Focused, measured, and intentional, they’re building a foundation that promises longevity, proving that in hard dance, growth doesn’t need to be rushed.
