Ashun Sound Machines(ASM) Unveils Leviasynth Synthesizer at NAMM 2026
Ashun Sound Machines has unveiled the Leviasynth Keyboard and Leviasynth Desktop at The NAMM Show 2026, introducing a new flagship synthesis platform built around its 16-voice Leviasynth engine.
Leviasynth features eight algorithmic oscillators per voice, offering over 300 waveshapes and extensive synthesis modes including FM, PM, PWM, sync, and multiple forms of phase distortion. Users can work with 144 preset algorithms or design and save their own, with algorithm morphing allowing sounds to evolve smoothly over time.
The signal path combines ASM’s Hydrasynth digital filter, offering 18 filter types, with a newly developed analog 4-pole resonant filter that includes pre-drive saturation for added warmth and character. A deep 32-slot modulation matrix, onboard effects, and a three-track sequencer with an entropy-enabled arpeggiator round out the sound design and performance features.
The Leviasynth Keyboard pairs the engine with a 61-note Polytouch polyphonic aftertouch keybed and a four-octave ribbon controller, aimed at expressive, hands-on performance. The Leviasynth Desktop offers the same synthesis architecture in a compact form factor, featuring Polytouch pads, rack and VESA mounting support, and flexible integration into studio setups.
Both models ship with a substantial factory sound library and are supported by ASM’s updated Patch Manager for macOS and Windows. The Leviasynth Keyboard and Desktop are expected to ship in February 2026 via ASM’s global dealer network and are on display at NAMM 2026.
