Swedish House Mafia go on synthesiser shopping spree in Japan

Home Featured Swedish House Mafia go on synthesiser shopping spree in Japan

Spotted at the Five G Music Technology store in Tokyo, iconic trio Swedish House Mafia went on a synthesiser shopping spree whilst in Japan.

Following their first ever live performance in Tokyo, Japan on the 18th of January, 2026, legendary band Swedish House Mafia could not pass up on the opportunity, and in turn, opted to go on a synthesiser shopping spree whilst in the leading technological capitals of the world.

Captured in a series of photos at the Five G Music Technology store in Shibuya, Tokyo, the Swedish trio browsed through various high-tech synthesisers, before then testing a few themselves. A complete shopping spree to say the least, a photo of Steve Angello has also emerged, as he makes his way out of the building through an elevator, and in his hand, holding one of the purchases made.

Remarkable to say the very least, fans alike have been provided with a glimpse into the life of the Swedish House Mafia members when not on a stage, and in a sense, further illustrated their passion for their craft in its complete entirety. One for the books, don’t forget to leave your own thoughts in the comments section!
