Faithless will celebrate 30 years of groundbreaking electronic music with a rare open-air performance at Lloyds Amphitheatre on Bristol’s Harbourside on July 24. As part of the Siren Bristol summer series, the show marks three decades since the release of their 1996 debut album ‘Reverence’, the record that introduced ‘Insomnia’ to the world. Consequently, the night opens a milestone weekend in the city.

Moreover, the performance precedes HOSPITAL30 ON THE HARBOUR, which takes place the following day at the same waterfront venue. Across two consecutive nights, Bristol will host two institutions celebrating 30-year anniversaries in the same year. Therefore, the city becomes a focal point for electronic music heritage and generational connection.

Formed in 1995, Faithless went on to secure 10 UK Top 10 singles, six Top 5 albums – including three Number Ones – and global sales exceeding 20 million albums. In addition, ‘Faithless 2.0’ revisited their catalogue with contributions from Avicii, Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, and Claptone, while 2020’s ‘All Blessed’ reaffirmed their continued relevance.

Now, following the passing of Maxi Jazz in 2022, Sister Bliss and Rollo return with a show that honours his legacy while celebrating the culture they helped shape. Meanwhile, Kosheen and Milly On Air join the lineup, adding local weight to an already landmark occasion. Ultimately, Bristol’s Harbourside will host a defining summer moment rooted in history, resilience, and community. You can find tickets here.
