Fred again.. and Thomas Bangalter go b2b again
When Fred again.. began his USB002 run at the end of 2025, fans were excited, but he made sure to make it as memorable as possible. As he shared the stage with a wide range of fellow DJs, his night with a former Daft Punk member was truly historic.
This year, Fred again.. is continuing to close out his run of exciting shows with several at Alexandra Palace in London. Earlier this week, he revealed that he would once again be joined by Thomas Bangalter, marking just the second time the Daft Punk legend has DJ’d publicly in 16 years. When Bangalter first joined Fred again.. back in October, they were in Paris, and the appearance of the former robot sent shockwaves through the industry. Ahead of his recent Alexandra Palace show, fans were given a heads-up that they would be treated to a second b2b from the two artists.
With both stars on stage, there was, of course, plenty of video for those who weren’t fortunate enough to be in attendance. Following a one-hour warm-up from Fred solo, the two shared the stage for two full hours, delivering what will surely be one of the most exciting b2b sets of 2026. As always, Fred again.. is clearly ecstatic for the opportunity to share the stage yet again with a legend such as Thomas Bangalter. The crowd is clearly energized, especially as the iconic melody of One More Time blares through the packed hall. What comes next for Fred, only he knows, but he continues to amaze fans and fellow artists alike with his endless talent, collaborations, and iconic b2b sets.
