Home Featured Multiple hard techno artists accused of sexual misconduct

The hard techno scene has been rocked over the past few days with multiple accusations towards artists in the scene about sexual misconduct.

NOTE: All information in this article is alleged, with no criminal proceedings at the time of publication.

Over the past few days, an Instagram account by the name of @bradnolimit has been posting to his Instagram Stories, together with multiple other sources from alleged victims, accusing multiple major hard techno artists of sexual misconduct including harassment and rape. Artists facing allegations currently include Fantasm, CARV, Odymel, Shlømo, Basswell and Hades.

Towards the start of last week, bradnolimit posted to his account a statement that would begin a host of investigations into all of these artists and the agency that represented the majority of them, STEƎR Management. Many alleged victims had come forward to Brad with stories of rape, sexual harassment, untoward and coerced behaviour regarding all of these artists, which has led to most artists under their representation change management. STEƎR Management took to Instagram to post the below statement, and has not spoken out since.

Now, some of the leading events companies and festivals within the hard techno scene have come forward with their own statements, removing the artists facing allegations from their lineups whilst awaiting more information and facts. Those include Hive Festival, Nibirii, Unreal Germany, Teletech, World Club Dome and many more.

This is an ongoing situation, and no criminal charges against artists have been pressed yet.
