Continuing to build towards his highly anticipated sophomore album, John Summit has delivered his second single from the project. The single is the second from his new album, CTRL ESCAPE, which is due out on April 15th.

Serving as one of the most exciting and influential producers of the modern era, John Summit is delivering his second full-length album less than two years after the release of Comfort In Chaos. After dropping the project’s first single, Light’s Go Out, at the end of January, he followed it up with an infectious new vocal forward release. For the release of Shadows, Summit has enlisted help from LAVINIA, who delivers a seductive vocal melody over the pulsing tech-house production. Singing “Come follow me, into the night, we can go farther than a million miles, I know a place where we can hide, deep in the shadows,” fans will instantly be caught up in the massive vocal.

Like everything John Summit does, the build-up to the new album, CTRL ESCAPE, has fans on the edge of their seats. Set to release on April 15th, which is when taxes are due in the United States, it serves as an appropriate link to the producer’s past occupation in taxes. Alongside the new album, the American producer will be on the road throughout the year, making stops at Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, and his first residency on the island of Ibiza. Fans looking to see his full tour schedule or purchase a vinyl copy of the new record can head to the official John Summit website for all the information and details.
