Noa Beach Club in Croatia under demolition amid State Inspectorate regulations 

Following a removal plan set by Croatia’s State Inspectorate, DIRH, the iconic Noa Beach Club in Zrće is now being demolished. 

A leading venue for dance music enthusiasts and not only, Noa Beach Club in Zrće Beach, Croatia, is now being demolished following a regulatory order made by the country’s State Inspectorate, Državni Inspektorat Republike Hrvatske (DIRH). Announced back in October 2025, it was made clear that 124 illegally constructed structures on Zrće Beach in Novalja were to be removed, with Noa Beach Club being one of the most renowned establishments in that specified area. 

Combining a day and night culture that set them apart from all the rest, Noa Beach Club was ranked as a Top 10 Club in the world, with their facilities, events, and overall hospitality being completely unmatched. From hosting some of the biggest names in the dance scene to curating their very own festivals, Circus Maximus and Sunscape Festival, and also working closely with major events such as Hideout, Sonus, and Verknipt, this truly was a venue that offered the ultimate experience to anyone lucky enough to visit even once in their lifetime.

A demolition project that is now circulating online, Noa is losing its identity much to the dismay of us all, with We Rave You having had the privilege of hosting our MORTEN residency in the summer of 2023, making it one of our most spectacular and memorable events to this day. One of Croatia’s and Europe’s most iconic venues, there is no clear indication of a full demolition, a new building, or a relocation as of yet, but we will sure keep you updated once further details on the matter become available.
