Afrojack debuts new David Guetta and Sia collaboration ‘Awake Tonight’ at Ultra Miami: Watch

Afrojack unveiled a brand new collaboration with David Guetta and Sia during his Ultra Music Festival Miami mainstage performance on March 29, introducing the track ‘Awake Tonight’ to festival crowds for the first time.

The premiere immediately sparked excitement among fans, as the collaboration reunites the trio behind one of dance music’s most iconic records, ‘Titanium’. Originally released in 2011, the track appeared on David Guetta’s album ‘Nothing but the Beat’ and quickly became a global anthem, reaching No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart and collecting multiple platinum certifications worldwide.

More than 15 years later, the artists have now returned with a new record that continues their creative partnership. Speaking about the track at Ultra Miami, Afrojack revealed that the production process behind ‘Awake Tonight’ took years to finalize.

“We worked on the song for very long. I had it for about eight years, and we made 40 versions before we had a version that everyone was happy with. I’m very happy I got to do another song with Sia and David.”

He also admitted that creating a follow-up collaboration after the success of ‘Titanium’ came with its own challenges. “The bar is high,” he explained.

The debut follows another memorable moment involving the trio at Ultra’s 25th anniversary in 2025, when David Guetta, Sia, and Afrojack reunited on stage for a special performance of ‘Titanium’, celebrating one of the defining hits of modern dance music. With ‘Awake Tonight’ now revealed live, anticipation continues to grow around the track’s official release.
