Marking its second major institutional raise in four years, Breakaway has now announced that it has closed a Series B funding round at a nine-figure valuation. Reflecting the strong investor confidence in both the company and the ever-expanding live entertainment industry, the announcement was also featured by NASDAQ in Times Square during an ‘Live from MarketSite’ interview with Breakaways co-founders, Adam Lynn and Zach Ruben, as well as CRO, William Van Orsdel.
