Charlotte de Witte delivers relentless techno set at Tomorrowland Winter 2026: Relive
High in the French Alps, Charlotte de Witte once again demonstrated why she remains one of the most commanding figures in modern techno. During Tomorrowland Winter 2026, the Belgian artist delivered a powerful set that blended underground classics, high-impact techno cuts, and unreleased material, reinforcing the darker energy that defined her signature sound.
Taking place between March 21 and 28 in Alpe d’Huez, Tomorrowland Winter transformed the snow-covered resort into a global gathering point for electronic music fans. More than 22,000 People of Tomorrow filled the slopes throughout the week, exploring mountain stages, après-ski sessions, and late-night performances across the festival grounds.
Amid that backdrop, Charlotte de Witte’s set stood out as one of the most intense techno moments of the week.
Driving techno and unreleased IDs shape the set
Opening with ‘We Are One’ by Charlotte de Witte & Theo Nasa, layered with an unreleased ID, the set immediately set a dark and hypnotic tone. From there, she navigated through a carefully curated selection of techno heavy-hitters including Patrik Widmer’s ‘You Are Mine’, ADRIANNA’s ‘Shake The Underground (Tao Andra Remix)’, and Enrico Sangiuliano’s ‘The Techno Code (Demon Noise Remix)’.
Tracks like ‘Animal’ by Zyce & Flegma and ‘Cyberdemons’ by Hekkell & IKKI (BR) added an industrial edge, while Pfriter’s ‘The Dub Track (Len Faki Remix)’ and ‘No Division’ by Charlotte de Witte ft. XSALT reinforced the deep, hypnotic energy flowing through the set.
One of the highlights arrived with ‘Rave To The Grave’ by Avalon & GMS, injecting a dose of psy-infused intensity into the mix before the set continued with Lee Ann Roberts & Faders’ ‘Nommo’, GALLØ’s ‘Kiss My Body’, and YOZÉ’s ‘FWM’.
Throughout the performance, Charlotte de Witte also dropped two unreleased IDs, keeping the crowd guessing while pushing the energy forward.
A defining techno moment in the Alps
Across the week, Tomorrowland Winter 2026 welcomed more than 150 artists, including Axwell, Steve Angello, Lost Frequencies, Nina Kraviz, Agents of Time, and Mind Against. Meanwhile, new stage concepts such as ORBYZ and the revamped MainStage expanded the festival experience across the resort.
Still, when it came to pure techno intensity, Charlotte de Witte’s performance captured the darker side of the festival’s sonic spectrum.
Against a backdrop of sunshine, fresh snowfall, and breathtaking mountain scenery, the set proved that even at 2,000 meters above sea level, techno can hit just as hard.
