Forever 89 has officially released Visco 2.0, a major update to its sound design plugin, now available for $99 as part of a limited-time 28% discount until April 1. The update brings new creative tools and workflow improvements aimed at modern producers.
The biggest addition is Tonal Mode. This feature lets users play any sound chromatically across a keyboard. It transforms samples into playable instruments, making it easier to create melodies and harmonies. Users also get deeper control with parameters like harmonic spacing, key tracking, and unison.
Visco 2.0 also includes Kit Mode, which allows users to sequence up to eight sounds in a drum machine-style layout. This makes it simple to build grooves and layer sounds quickly. Both modes give producers full control over how sounds blend and interact.
The plugin focuses on fast and intuitive sound design. Users can stretch, merge, and reshape audio without complex setups. This encourages experimentation while keeping the workflow clean and efficient.
In addition, Visco 2.0 now supports FLAC files, improving compatibility with high-quality audio formats. The update also brings better stability and performance for smoother sessions.
With these improvements, Visco 2.0 positions itself as a flexible and creative tool for producers. It balances ease of use with powerful sound design features, making it suitable for both beginners and professionals.
