Output Analog Brass & Winds Drops to $99 in Limited-Time 50% Off Deal
Output has discounted its powerful cinematic instrument Analog Brass & Winds to $99, down from $199, in a 50% off promotion running until March 22.
Designed for modern composers and producers, Analog Brass & Winds reimagines traditional orchestral instruments by blending brass and wind recordings with vintage synthesizers and experimental sound design. The result is a hybrid instrument capable of producing cinematic braams, gritty textures, evolving pads, and expressive melodic runs.
At the core of the instrument is a deeply sampled orchestral library recorded at BMC Hall in Budapest. Output captured an 18-piece brass ensemble, an 18-piece wind section, and selected soloists, focusing on both traditional articulations and unconventional performance techniques such as flutters, trills, and aggressive stabs.
Beyond orchestral recordings, the instrument integrates carefully crafted patches from legendary analog and modern synthesizers chosen for their brass-like and wind-like tonal characteristics. These synth layers add modern texture and power that would be difficult to achieve with acoustic instruments alone.
Analog Brass & Winds runs inside Native Instruments Kontakt, and features Output’s signature dual-layer sound engine. Users can blend multiple sound sources while shaping them with built-in effects, modulation routing, and macro controls.
The instrument includes over 500 presets and a 28 GB sound library (14 GB compressed). A flexible interface allows producers to quickly transform sounds using four macro sliders, dual arpeggiators, dual tape loopers, and Flux sequencing for rhythmic modulation.
Additional features include layer and global effects, tempo sync, and smart preset tagging for fast sound browsing.
Analog Brass & Winds works with the full version of Kontakt or the free Kontakt Player (version 5.8.1 or later), making it accessible to a wide range of producers working in modern DAW environments.
The 50% discount is available until March 22, offering a significant price drop for composers looking to expand their cinematic sound palette.
