Pan-Pot launch new Second State era with ‘PLANET1’ techno compilation: Listen

Pan-Pot have officially launched a new chapter for their long-running imprint Second State with the arrival of ‘PLANET1’, a various artists compilation that signals the label’s first major transmission of 2026.

Rather than presenting a conventional compilation, PLANET1 arrives as a carefully curated four-track release designed to push forward the label’s forward-thinking techno identity. Each contribution delivers a different perspective on the modern dancefloor, combining driving rhythms, hypnotic textures and peak-time energy.

Pan-Pot open the release with ‘Altered State’

The Berlin duo Pan-Pot, comprised of Tassilo Ippenberger and Thomas Benedix, set the tone for the compilation with ‘Altered State’. The track delivers a dark and immersive techno experience built for late-night club environments, blending rolling percussion with atmospheric tension.

Over the years, Pan-Pot have played a key role in shaping the sound of modern techno through Second State, a label that has consistently supported both established artists and emerging underground talent.

Meanwhile, Stoked, an emerging producer from India, contributes ‘Splintercell’, a driving techno cut that leans into sharp percussion and relentless forward momentum. The track reflects the producer’s growing reputation across underground circuits.

Next, Redraft Memories joins forces with Spanto for ‘Elevate’, a production that merges melodic elements with powerful club energy. The collaboration blends atmospheric tension with hypnotic grooves designed for large-scale dancefloors.

Finally, Victoria Engel, a Berlin-based artist known for her cinematic techno style, delivers ‘Unfolded Memory’, a deeply textured track built around emotional tension and evolving sonic layers.
