UJAM Virtual Drummer SOLID 2 Gets 75% Discount, Now $29

Music software developer UJAM has launched a limited-time sale on SOLID 2, its versatile drum production plugin. The instrument is currently available for $29, down from the regular $119 price, representing a 75% discount until May 3.

UJAM Virtual Drummer SOLID 2 is designed as an all-purpose session drummer for modern music production. The plugin focuses on mainstream pop, rock, and commercial music styles, making it a flexible tool for producers who need reliable drum tracks quickly.

The instrument includes five drum kits, six character presets, and an intuitive mixer that lets users adjust individual drum components such as kick, snare, overheads, and room microphones. Producers can also shape the sound using the Slam control, which adds punch and energy to the drums.

Version 2 introduced several workflow improvements. These include drag-and-drop MIDI phrases, multiple audio outputs, and an enhanced mixer section for deeper control inside a DAW. The update also added 30 new styles and 150 presets, expanding the plugin’s rhythm library.

SOLID 2 now ships with 200 presets and 60 musical styles, delivering 1,380 drum patterns that cover a wide range of genres and production moods. Users can also tweak the groove by adjusting the Humanize control and shifting the feel of the beat slightly ahead or behind the grid.

The plugin aims to simplify drum production for both beginners and experienced producers. New users can quickly load ready-made patterns, while advanced users can customize kits, mix levels, and performance feel for more detailed arrangements.

UJAM recorded the drums in a professional studio environment using premium microphones and high-end recording chains. This approach helps maintain a polished, studio-ready sound across different styles.
